What are OCTVE's pricing plans, and is there a free trial?
We offer transparent pricing with no hidden fees, and every plan starts with a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. Your card won't be charged until day 31, and you can cancel anytime during the trial at no cost. OCTVE is $50/month for solo artists. OCTVE Pro is $100/month flat with unlimited artists. All plans include complete platform access: touring, financials, catalogue, marketing, CRM, EPK builder, built-in intelligence, and a site builder. Annual billing available with 2 months free.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your account settings or the Stripe customer portal. After cancellation, you'll have a 30-day grace period to reactivate and keep your data. During this time, we'll send you reminder emails (3 total) before permanent deletion. After 30 days, your organization data, including artists, events, contracts, and financials, is permanently deleted. We only retain a minimal audit log (organization name, admin email, deletion date) for compliance purposes.
